What made you choose Museo over other skin clinics?
Museo is up the road from me and I’d driven by many times. After looking at their website it wasn’t a hard decision to make an appointment, so many wonderful treatments available.
Were your skin concerns addressed?
Yes! My skin is now in great shape! I love it now.
What was the best part of our service?
The ladies! They’re all so wonderful and lovely. Plus they know exactly what they’re talking about. Everything is explained to you extremely well and can answer any question.
Have your expectations been exceeded?
Oh absolutely. I’m so happy with my treatments. It’s always such a treat coming in for my appointments. Even the skin needling ha-ha.
Would you recommend Museo Skin Clinic?
Yes I would! I have already recommended my sister who has come in for a visit.
Please comment on your skin journey and how you feel about your improved skin?
I came in after noticing my skin had become quite sensitive and congested.
I booked in with one of their specials to have my skin needs assessed with a microdermabrasion.
From there I have had a course of peels and skin needling. Skin has cleared up remarkably. Not only with my treatments but with the take home products I’ve been recommended.
Any further comment you would like to say?
I would like to mention the personal service I’ve received from my therapist Helen. She’s amazing! Always have a great chat and a laugh and it’s such a joy coming in and seeing her every couple of weeks. Not only that but the fact that the is the opportunity to pay through Salon Pay makes having a treat yo self moment easily accessible!
I’m looking forward to going back for my next appointment once the Salon reopens

How did you hear about Museo Skin Clinic?
I live locally and researched local clinics in my area that were within suitable walking distance from my home (5mins away)
What made you choose Museo over other skin clinics?
I tried three other local clinics to find the best fit for my skin and service, but nothing compared to Claudias treatments. Since my first visit I have been obsessed with the outcomes and the services – I now wouldn’t go anywhere else and I always recommend!
Were your skin concerns addressed?
Yes, Claudia listened to all of my concerns and worked on each and every one until I achieved results.
What was the best part of our service?
The customer service as well as the ingredients of the O cosmedics range which I found my skin to really love. Claudia is a gem and makes every treatment luxurious.

Please comment on your skin journey and how you feel about your improved skin?
When I had my first consultation at Museo I had many concerns with problematic skin. Claudia set out a care plan of treatments and products which adapted as my skin improved or if my skin required something extra.
Claudia’s extremely high quality of treatments and knowledge of what your skin needs resulted in me having great outcomes. Each treatment was so lovely and made my skin feel amazing afterwards.
I always knew how to complete my at home care with clear notes for me to work off and Claudia would check in with me to see how I was going in between appointments.
I feel much more confident and have more make up free days all thanks to Claudia!

What made you choose Museo over other skin clinics?
I have never suffered with acne or other skin problems before first getting acne end of 2018/start of 2019. I went to another place for a facial and to get advice on my skin and what products I should. I had one facial with them and never went back. I felt like they were just trying to sell their products without actually giving me any information or real help with my acne. Museo and especially Misty made me feel like you all really care about my skin progress and like you really want to help me.
Were your skin concerns addressed?
Absolutely!!! I still have a while to go with my skin and am looking forward to getting more skin needling in the future but I can’t believe how far my skin has come! When I had bad acne it really felt like it was never going to get better. So I am so so happy with how far my skin has come since first visiting Museo.
What was the best part of our service?
My favourite part has probably been seeing the photos of my skin at every visit. It can be easy to forget how much my skin has improved, and then I see the photos and am amazed at just how much my skin has changed and improved after each visit. And of course Misty and the whole team at Museo, really make me feel like they genuinely care about my skin and about helping me.
Have your expectations been exceeded?
100% my expectations have been exceeded, I never thought my skin would improve and my acne would stop.
Would you recommend Museo Skin Clinic?
Yes!! I bought my friend a massage voucher for her birthday in October. And she was going to another clinic for her skin and she has now started going to Museo as well.
Please comment on your skin journey and how you feel about your improved skin?
I’m really really happy with how far my skin has come. The past year and half was the first time in my life I have ever experienced acne at the age of 24/25 so I really had no idea where to start. I’m so happy with how it’s looking and really amazed at how much it has improved!!
Just want to say thank you so much to Misty and the whole Museo team. I don’t know where I would be without you and would probably still be struggling with acne. I can’t wait for my next appointment when you guys are able to open again
